BRIDLINGTON SQUASH

CLOSED CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP & PLATE TOURNAMENT     

Our Closed Club Championship & Plate Tournament is an amateur event which runs annually starting on April 1st each year.

RULES OF ENTRY

Membership for the year paid.

Players can only enter one competition so either the Club Championship or Ladies Club Championship.

Eligibility for entry is restricted to individuals who actively participate in and provide ongoing support for Bridlington Squash events. 

TOURNAMENT RULES

Entries will open in March.

Players must be able to play and complete their games by the dates required. Please take a look at the key dates below and make sure you will be available to play your games in the timeframe required.

Losers of the preliminary round and then the first round matches will go into the draw for the Plate Tournament, winners will progress through the Club Championship.

If you enter the competitions but cannot make one of the games within the time frame you will forfeit your match

Finalists must be able to play on finals night. If you win and then are not able to player the loser of the game prior will take your place.

Matches are best of 5 games. American scoring (point a rally) playing to 15, win by two clear

Results to be sent to John Bannister on completion of the match.
